ORDER STATUS/ORDER TRACKING
Once you have placed an order and your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can check on its status at any time via the DHL tracking website.

TIMING OF ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED
If your order is placed Monday through Thursday before 1:00pm, it will be shipped the same business day. If your order is placed after 1:00pm it will be sent the next business day. If your order is placed on Friday after 1:00pm, the order will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes outside of Australia.

Shipping Order Confirmation:

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email confirming your order.
If you do not receive your order confirmation please ensure you check your junk mail/spam folders as some orders can be sent there due to the automated nature of the emails. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email complete with all tracking information, so you can follow your parcel on its journey to you.

Unreal Fur is not liable for duties and taxes incurred by the recipient as a result of national custom laws. Please contact your customs department for more information on duties and taxes before you place your order.

Order and delivery times:
We will endeavour to offer same day dispatch for all orders placed before 1pm AEST. Orders placed online after 1pm will be dispatched on the next available business day.
For Australian orders, your order should be delivered within 1-5 working days, depending on location.
For international orders, your order should be received within 3-8 working days.
Please note, we are not responsible for the delivery date of your order. We try to give customers an estimated date of arrival however cannot guarantee a confirmed date of delivery;


*Orders which are delivered to parcel lockers & PO boxes will be sent via DHL to a third party for delivery. This can cause delays and may require you to contact your post office for further information.

Delivery destinations:
All our products can be delivered worldwide. Please note, we do not deliver to international PO boxes.

Weekend deliveries:
Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday, as Unreal Fur and our postage partners do not deliver on weekends.

Recipient not home:
If you are not home to receive your package, a calling card will be left at the door or in the letterbox with pick up details from the local post office or depot, or details on how to arrange a convenient redelivery time and location.

Returns Policy:

We want you to have an unreal experience shopping with us. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced or sale item subject to the following conditions:

- The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase or order number. We suggest trying on all purchases straight away to ensure you can return items within the returns timeframe;

- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached;

WE WILL NOT RETURN AN ITEM WHICH IS PART OF A SALE OR PROMO.

PLEASE READ OUR T&C's CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PURCHASE. SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL SALE ITEMS AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR CHANGE OF MIND. AN EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE MAY BE OFFERED AT MANAGEMENTS DISCRETION.

RETURNS PROCESS:
How to return an item:
If you would like to return an item, please follow the below steps:
1. Send an email to info@unrealfur.com.au listing your contact details, order number, the item you want to return & whether you would like to exchange/return/credit along with the reason. This must be done within 7 days of your purchase date.

  1. We will reply asap to confirm your return and provide our delivery address for your return. Please do not send your garment back without emailing us first, as this may lead to your return not being correctly processed.
  2. Please carefully package up your new, unworn garment with all tags attached; items must be returned to us in the same new condition in which they were delivered. Please ensure that a copy of your original invoice is enclosed in/on the parcel. Please send through tracking for your goods.
  3. Please note that all refund shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the garment is faulty. Unreal Fur does not cover any return postage costs unless the garment is faulty.* Please use a service with tracking so we can follow your delivery; Unreal Fur cannot be liable to refund any items that go missing in the post.

*Unreal Fur will pay for the re-sending of exchanges, but not for the cost of the delivery back to us.

  1. Upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost, if applicable) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once it has been processed.

EXCHANGING YOUR GARMENT:

Exchanging for a different size:
We can make a direct exchange if your new item is the exact value of the original purchase. If you wish to exchange for a different size in the same colour or shape please email info@unrealfur.com.au with your invoice information. We will provide you with the address for exchange- you will then need to organise to have the goods sent back to us via post. Once we receive the goods back to our warehouse we will organise the exchange to be shipped out and send through tracking information.

Exchanging for a different style:
If you wish to exchange for an item with a different value, you will need to email info@unrealfur.com.au with your request and we can either charge the difference to your card or organise payment via the phone.

Gift Exchanges/Returns:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Faulty Goods:
Please note this policy does not extend to faulty garments. Under the Australian Consumer Law, we are required to repair, return or credit all faulty goods. Please email info@unrealfur.com.au if you have a faulty garment and we will contact you directly to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note all shipping charges are non-refundable. All garments are to be returned at the customer’s expense. Shipping may be reimbursed at the discretion of Unreal Fur for faulty garments. Should the garment be returned to Unreal Fur, only the paid price of the garment will be refunded to you.

DUTIES & TAXES
Unreal Fur will not be liable for duties and taxes incurred by the recipient as a result of national custom laws. Should the garment be returned to Unreal Fur, only the paid purchase price of the garment will be refunded. Please contact your customs department for more information on duties and taxes.
