CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

We accept change-of-mind returns on full-priced items where the return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a change-of-mind refund:

  • Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • You must provide reasonable proof of purchase, such as your order number, order-confirmation email, receipt or payment record.
  • The return request must be lodged within 7 calendar days of delivery.

FAULTY, INCORRECT OR MISDESCRIBED ITEMS

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, does not match its description, or is not fit for a purpose made known to us, please contact us via info@unrealfur.com.au

 

REFUND

Full priced items are eligible for refunds, subject to the above conditions. Please note all shipping charges are non-refundable, only the paid price of the garment will be refunded. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

EXCHANGES

To exchange your item, simply submit a request here. You’ll then be guided to choose your preferred style/size. We’ll do our best to accommodate all exchange requests.

We allow a maximum of two exchanges per original order. 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items and items purchased during a promotion are eligible for exchanges and store credit.

Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note all shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • AU orders: customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, including the choice of carrier.
  • NZ orders: a return shipping label can be provided for $25.00 NZD. Payment will be deducted from your refund or store credit.


DUTIES & TAXES

Unreal Fur will not be liable for duties and taxes incurred by the recipient as a result of national custom laws. Should the garment be returned to Unreal Fur, only the paid purchase price of the garment will be refunded.
