SAME DAY DELIVERY

We offer same-day delivery via Pronti for orders placed before 2pm on weekdays, provided the delivery address is within a 30 km driving radius of our Abbotsford warehouse showroom in Melbourne. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the following business day.


Please note:

  • For this shipping option, the delivery address cannot be a PO Box.
  • Delivery code: Pronti will provide a delivery code via email or SMS. The code must be provided to the driver upon delivery. You can provide the code in person or by phone.
  • If the code cannot be provided: The driver will return the parcel to our warehouse. To have your order resent, you will need to pay a new delivery fee or choose an alternative shipping option.


INTERNATIONAL

We ship worldwide. For orders outside of Australia and New Zealand, please visit unrealfur.com

  

PROCESSING TIME

We ship all orders within one business day of the order being placed online. Orders purchased on the weekend will be processed the following Monday. 

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note that local import taxes and duties may be applicable on international orders. Please contact your customs department for more information before placing your order. Unreal Fur is not responsible for any potential import duties or taxes.
